Workplace Wellbeing Professionals Aotearoa (WWPA) was born from a simple truth: workplace wellbeing deserves its own home. In a landscape where safety, HR, and health have long held space, a group of passionate wellbeing professionals saw the need for a collective focused squarely on the work of supporting people to thrive at work.
We’re a member-based organisation, guided by a volunteer Steering Committee, who care deeply about lifting the profession, strengthening connections, and growing capability across Aotearoa.
